INDUSTRY/VHRA MEMBER NEWS
Senate Bill 1350
Senate Bill 1350 for Online Lodging (aka Airbnb) is scheduled to be heard this week by the Arizona House of Representatives. It is critical that our industry send a strong message to encourage support for an amendment the AzLTA and VHRA have been advocating which adds defining language to rein in the illicit and often illegal hotels that are abusing short-term rental platforms, and not following industry guidelines which ensure the safety of residents and visitors in our great state.

Please take a few minutes to contact Governor Doug Ducey and House Representatives and let them know you are paying attention to how they support our industry and encourage support for this simple amendment to add language which defines commercial operators.
